Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow an additional 7-10 days for production before shipment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that custom-engraved pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Ring Premier purchase includes a one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
