At Ring Premier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ring doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
